    http://www.payphone-project.com/ for all the payphones around the world.

    I still keep a copper landline for emergencies (911 can trace easily compared to mobile phones), fax, security alarms, etc. I don't even own a mobile phone due to my impediments. I can still use very slow dial-up (3 KB/sec average) on it too if my cable goes down.

    I disable /.'s advertising with its option. I notice sometimes it gets unchecked after a few months. I assume it is not permanent with my cookies?

    Not me, but I want to but they are impossible to find new quality ones. Anyways, I still use low resolutions like old games, MAME, demos, etc. I still use old KVM from Y2K that use VGA so not changing resolutions and keeping black bars doesn't work. :(

    For me, XP Pro. SP3 work fine. I don't need 64-bit W7 and the latest stuff yet. I also have Debian stable and Mac OS X. They do everything I need to do like surf the web, newsgroups/usenet, e-mails, IRC, IMs, play random Flash games (don't play computer games anymore), watch videos, record OTA, listen to music, download, upload, test, etc.
