Since IE8 was considered a critical update and service packs require ALL critical updates, users have no choice to get IE8 to be able to upgrade with a service pack via Windows Update in Vista.:(

That's the problem. I haven't seen any FTP servers using secure.
So people with old Windows like 98, 2000, etc. will have to other Web browsers like old Firefox v2.

I recalled SFTP can't do resume downloads and uploads when I last tried it, years ago. So I use good old Z-modem's sz and rz commands through SSH(1-2) connections with SecureCRT clients (wished PuTTY could do it and SyncTERM's Z-modem seems to be broken [never worked correctly]). FTP can do resumes too, but obviously insecured. Are there any other popular/common protocols that will transfers, with resume support, securedly on various platforms (Apple Mac, Windows, and Linux/UNIX)?

Which brands are the best to use? And how can we tell since each company use some other brands.?
She was stalked by a cougar. ;)
Hmm, I guess we will have to FTP via SSH proxy. :(

EarthLink does it too, but it has DNS' that you can opt out IIRC.
Does that costs also include securing the Web sites/servers since recent news showed cyberattacks?
... I get car sick from the movements and shakings. :( So I have to enjoy the outside (not focus on anything), close my eyes (even sleep), etc.
... I can't imagine doing management. I just like doing tech stuff and it doesn't help if I have speech and hearing impediments. :(
Nothing for Michael Jackson?
How about 10.2.8? I still use Jaguar on my old PowerBook G4 with 512 MB of RAM. :P
What do you look like? What color are your eyes? What are you wearing? [grin]
Remember its blue screen of death in EGA/VGA? Disconnections, crashed, etc. ;)
Is that a good idea for those with ugly bodies, especially from /.'ers? :P
No photographs or videos? :( That's hilarious too!
I am not a Blizzard RTS fan (like Westwood and EA's RTS games like C&C) and disappointed by this move. I signed the online petition too.
I use SeaMonkey and I sometimes have 30 tabs running. :)
That explains why I didn't notice any slow downs because I use AdBlock Plus and many filters. ;)
Like DOOM, Heretic, Hexen, etc. Those were fun especially multiplayers!
Even if they use WPA2? :P
How is this useful to nerds/geeks? [grin]
L.A. = Expensive place to live and job isn't stable so not worth moving closer until things are stable. :P
Geeks/Nerds, girls, and sex? LOL. J/K. ;)
