I wonder if MS is going to contact ISPs with DMCA for those who pirated their products. It's very scary. I have heard and seen pirated software users with this before. An example: VisualRoute -- http://www.google.com/search?q=visualroute+dmca
Don't forget the passwords that only give you like three tries/attempts. After that, the account gets locked out PERMANENTLY because you entered the passwords incorrectly three times. Lame!
In my Windows systems with good speakers, I like to put these THX, Dolby Digital, etc. sound clips in my startup wave file.:) I used to do that for other OS like Linux and MacOS X, but they are not connected to good speakers so I don't bother.
I'd suggest everyone watch this 90 minutes doucmentary online (free). It's excellent. It also talks about people outside of cities, like villages, having to come to work in the cities. Also, censorship. Even video clips of the cases with Yahoo!, Google, etc.
illumin8: We do use VMware (been using it since v3.x), but we CANNOT fully replace real machines for testings especially when we have to test disk utilities, firewall/security products, performance, etc.
That will be too slow. I need access to physical computers like reimaging my HDDs, etc. I deal with disk utilities, various operating systems, etc. as a SQA tester/analyst.

It's worse when there are many passwords to remember in one company. Very frustrating.

Yes, I do other things that sucks up free time. I wished we had more hours or don't need to sleep. :) Of course sleep takes up a lot of those hours!
