Get it from here. It is a handy toolbar with many options. Kill Flash is one on the current Web page.
It works well in Linux, Windows, and MacOS X (v1.3 has a bug for installing XPI).

In most cases people do not even connect at true 56k, but rather, something between 33.6k and 56k.
People in my city mainly connects at 24000-31200 (about 3KB/sec for compressed files).

1. I don't like the ghosting because I game (FPS mostly) and watch videos a lot.
2. I change to various resolutions. I noticed stretching is ugly and black borders are annoying (no stretch).
3. Price especially for the bigger LCDs.
For now, I will just wait until LCDs are cheaper and improved.
