International waters, the company most likely just needs to go through the US government to get a claim on the wreck and so that way its theirs, so no one else can touch it.
These guys poor a lot of money into bringing this stuff up, it would be a huge pissoff for them if someone else where to say its theirs and take it all, then it would have been money pissed away into the ocean for no reason.
This way its finders keepers, the way it should be for finding treasure.
The cost of the Live! service is almost nothing, a whole $50 a year, even a 10 year old can manage that. When i bought my 360 it was a no-brainer to get myself a Gold account. But as far as windows gos, i dont see a reason as the only game i play on my PC at all is Everquest 2. Its just too much hassle with PC games as it costs more money than its worth, until they can develop a video card that will last a good 3 years and still run games at maximum.
The Next gen consoles where a godsend almost for gamers, yeah i know no mouse/keyboard, but its all about being able to to sit in a nice fluffy leather chair and kick back with a beer and play some games that way, and have no problems with windows errors or hitching/pausing/framerate issues, or really harsh lag thanks to those 56k gamers who cant seem to find broadband if it where next to them on the broad side of a barn.
Somehow i don't see SOE and Blizzard are going to even need live as MMO's run on servers that microsoft has no authority/control over. So MMO games like Everquest 2 and World of Warcraft will very likely not be affected by this at all.
Even for games like Quake Wars and Crysis, the developers can still choose to implement an in-game server browser/hosting, and that will be free to us, also anyone can host their own dedicated Linux server and anyone can connect to. As for Valve's Steam platform, well thats separate too, how is that gonna work with Live!? its not, its Steam, Valve own steam, not Microsoft, and currently all of Valves games run through Steam (and future releases will as well due to its success), Live! will just be another service similar to GameSpy or some crap, you wont NEED it to play, just it will be a perk for certain games that don't already have their own system such as Steam or SOE's Station/Launchpad.
With the x64 windows platform lacking support...still. There is little reason not to use linux. I decided to go with the openSUSE flavor of linux distro, and i like it alot so far. I even have a select few of my games running in it. Counter-Strike Source, Day of Defeat Source, HL2DM, Quake 4.
Alot has changed, and amazingly alot of windows stuff will run on linux, even 64 bit linux. Linux also is alot less boring then windows. With wine and cedega, who needs windows?
Still on my launch 360, running perfectly fine still, fans make a bit of noise for the first 3 minutes or so on power up just like my comp does so no irregularities there. I have played tons of games on it for really long time periods (sometimes leaving console on, paused, overnight). Only once i got a 3 red light error because my cable became unplugged from my 360 partly.
Downloading TV shows is not illegal as far as i know as long as your subscribed to that channel. Otherwise you couldn't record TV shows on your PVR from bell.
Whats a Doesn't Really Matter position? Is that like a job where no one knows or gives a crap what you do,and all you do is sit there playing thumb darts all day long in a corner?
I currently own a 360 and run it in 1080i and also have my computer connected to my TV using 1080i, which is perfect for me. Now i highly doubt there is that "BIG" of a noticeable difference between 1080i and 1080p as they are both 1920 × 1080 just different refresh rates and some additional features. Honestly for gaming it won't matter so much. 1080p is just a way for the TV makers to get people to buy new HDTV's over a minor thing. Now i could understand going from 720p to 1080p, thats noticeable, going from 720p to 1080i is very noticeable too.
Those peeps that say that 1080i is worse quality then 720p, i strongly suggest investing in a higher quality HDTV and not buying cheap economic crap as that would be the cause.
I have a quite a bit experience with this type of light bulb and they can have a long lifetime, i use 2 very similar type in my greenhouse, I use 400 watt metal halide's and High pressure sodium, i am positive that the TV bulbs are Metal halides (mercury vapor) and these can run for 16 hours on and 8 hours off for several years given a steady power supply (no power bumps or power spikes.
Currently i have had both my Metal Halide and HPS for 3 years. One thing i do know is the bulbs i use are much higher intensity then the one in the TV so my guess is the problem is power related, which is why the bulbs are dieing, i noticed my Toshiba DLP doesn't even have a ground on its power cord, which my Lamps do have (the lamp's ballast is grounded) and the lamp in the DLP should have a ballast that is grounded too, some reason it don't.
Its possible you could stretch your DLP's lifetime out by hooking it up to a UPS so when power spikes or surges, it wont do any damage to the lamp.
and NO i don't use my lamps for illegal purpose for those who suspected that this is an actual normal indoor greenhouse.
well let me put it this way, if i can teach someone who is computer illiterate to download a movie in just a few minutes, i bet the number are about right.
Sony will need to release as many hit games as Microsoft has out on the 360, and well i hate to burst the -s3's bubble but UT2007 is coming to 360, so you can scratch that off the ps3's hit list as the 360 will have it as well. With GTA 4 coming to 360 as well, one of the most popular series of the Playstation2 wont be a ps3 only. Sony will really need to come up with something really really good that its console will have, that the 360 wont (but it has to be really good, like along the scale of Gears of War type of Hit).
And i bet the 360 will get Crysis and Project Offset more then likely, and of course the 360 will get all of Carmacks new games. Honestly everything is in favor of the 360 except its fan base.
Energizer's nickel-hydride, the recharge fast and last a pair last a couple weeks in my 360 controllers, i have 8 of them in total and doubt i will be buying batteries for a long time to come.
I don't know about you, but i find amusement in reading about people dieing doing retarded things that wouldn't be done with a gram of common sense.
With the rolling the bomb down the hill, if they where any sort of experts they would have disarmed and dismantled it and would be alive and have money and maybe even made money from selling the explosives as well.
I would have to say neither LCD or Plasma, DLP all the way! Ive had a Toshiba 42" DLP, 2006 model since summer. I played my king kong hd-dvd on it from my 360, running 1080i. The picture quality was just amazing, the plus side to DLP is you can leave a game paused as long as ya want and nothing is gonna burn anywhere. Ive left my 360 on dashboard so many times with the tv on and left, came back all is fine. The downside however is *When* the lamp decides to go, simply call Toshiba get a new one, only a whole $200 cdn, i can live with that every couple years for the quality i am getting.
I also use Component HD-out so my tv will be displaying my desktop a lot, if i had a Plasma or a LCD, i garuntee it would have some harsh screen burn from that stuff.
When i was at the store picking out this tv aslo, it's picture quality stood out. I could have walked out with a 42" LCd for a few bucks more but screen burn just is not worth it.
I just caught a segment on CTV news about this, some R-Tard swung his arms around so much he hit a ceiling fan light fixture and did some pretty mean damage. But this cant be blamed on Nintendo, just reckless, stupid gamers who cant seem to calm down when playing and go ape shit with the controllers flailing them around like mad, basically asking for accidents to happen to them.
At the very least Nintendo is generous enough to replace the wrist straps for free for those who cannot control their arm flailing urges.
I find the coverage amusing because its funny when u see a picture of a Wii remote embedded in a TV screen.
Well mid east terrorists only really know how to screw goats. They would probably think a nuclear bomb is some kind of device to ehance their goat screwing abilities.
i bet in 100 years we will probably have WMD that are powerful enough to obliterate an asteroid into spacedust. Probably even laser technology that is capable of the same thing.
I think $200,000 is an obsurd price to pay for a short trip to see space in a "REUSABLE CRAFT" that is pretty much a mini space shuttle, like it costs that much to fuel up aswell. I think $2,000 is a reasonable price and you wont have to be a millionare to pay for it. Like whats the point in offering this if only the rich people can do it, thats kinda gay IMO.

so...now where do i get a slice of this pie everyones talking about?
well they should just make software for the cars that is 100% bug free and will not crash....ever. It cant be that hard.
Well mid east terrorists only really know how to screw goats. They would probably think a nuclear bomb is some kind of device to ehance their goat screwing abilities.
If they can pull it off and have the same style of content in the game as in the show, it should be great.
Ok, can someone Canadia please make a P2P program and run it from up here. YOU ARE SAFE HERE.
i bet in 100 years we will probably have WMD that are powerful enough to obliterate an asteroid into spacedust. Probably even laser technology that is capable of the same thing.
Ahahahahahahahahahaha, LMAO!
