    Ok so i can't sell the copy of windows or office that came pre-loaded on the pc i paid for. But i can Buy and mp3 player fill it with songs and sell it. Doesn't anyone else see the problem with that? Ebay should not be allowing these sales, you can not Guarntee where all the music/media originated.

    We will not have a fair election if Diebold is still making Voting machines. Their failure to disclose source ( to the government ) is troubling. Heck even Microsoft is giving it's source code to select governments.

    Well it is obvious that the bush administration doesn't have to play by the same rules (constitution), while citizens like you and me a bound to those laws.
    Lets step back and look at what is being done. Wiretaps with out a warrant. Who is authorizing this? Fisa court. Fisa is not new it's been around for years however it's existence wasn't highly publicized First off Fisa is unconstitional. How can anyone be above the constitution?
