    I see a MASSIVE revolt coming againts the RIAA and there conspiraters. They are Hap hazardly deploying drm and they can't even fix the problems they create.. DRM should be banned as it's turning our nations computers into a tool the enemy can easily exploit and use againts us..
    This is a National security issue now!

    Email can be taken for granted these days. However almost everyone relies on it to complete their daily activities. Speaking of evolution i have been using it for wow 3 years now and it's come along way. It's not outlook and for that i am glad. Filtering Works Great! Being able to manage my email is most important to me. The Whole Just throw it in an archive Gmail aproach doesn't work for my style in the offie or while working but for personal it's fine. Evolution in my eyes could be the next outlook.

    A la Carte is not the answer.. Maybe we should make every Tv manufacturer inbed V-chip devices to limit access to content.
    Oh Wait we are already doing that. At who's expense the tax payer and the comsumer. Someone had to write the legislation, then someone had to intergrate the chip into the television. It's Obvious that the V-CHIP was a complete and utter failure other wise we wouldn't be talking "protection" again.
    The Cable companies should be required to offer a "decency" package. Thus Providing the people who no longer care about bringing up their children another way to blame someone else.
    I'm tired of my Tax Dollars being wasted..
    They are your children, Care for them, Don't leave it up to the government.

    I'm Tired of Corporate America being able to Step where they want when they want with no repercussions..
    oh.. they will pay out a few million to settle the states lawsuits. But in the end who still suffers? the Customer.
    Until I get a Guarantee that this type of behavior will not be repeated I'm going back to Usenet and p2p..

    This is a prime example when disclosing vulnerabilities to the vendor first doesn't work. Things need to change.. Then again maybe you could agrue MS is at fault for not fixing this 6 months ago when they first heard of it. Class Action Suit?

    For the People by the people. That is what i grew up believing. As i grew older i started to realize the statement was a bunch of hogwash. The Riaa and Mpaa can get legistantion passed to go after xyz because he copied his cousins cd.. How about some legislation to protect the People from OVER zealious Copyright/ patent holders like sony. From Sony's actions it is evident that we need something in place and now. Before every computer owning cd purchaser get's owned by a hacker utilizing sonys drm software. If first 4 internet hasn't closed their doors... They better the lawsuits are coming and they want blood.

    Ok I see this taking money from the reselling partners..
    However Microsoft will be seeing $$$ signs.. Why well those extra licenses will end up on computers that likely have no more support. Therefore Microsoft stands to make a Significant amount of money at 200-250 per occurrence.
    If I was a reseller I'd want a share of those profits. (Pun on Riaa)
