Sounds like there may be a day when you will be able to get your cell phone display tattooed on your hand. Not clear how they would incorporate the speaker, mic and camera... In addition, laser beam eyes would be cool at night.
I tend to make the assumption that if it's about some silly law(-suit), patent or other silly legalese problem, then the poster resides in the US of A. else { Europe }. Occasionally I get a false positive, but then nothing of value was lost at that.
Hey don't forget about Canada we are not with the USofAs crazy patent system. Canada doesn't allow software patents either. I'm not sure why more American software companies haven't closed up shop in the US and moved to more friendly patent free climes...
Hmmm I guess that depends are where you live. I've been running Froyo on my Galaxy S since December. It bricked the phone and Samsung had to replace it but, hey, you can't have everything...
Interesting, does anybody know of a map of the world that shows which countries actually allow software patents? It can't be that many. I know that in Canada, Europe, China and New Zealand software is not patentable. I think besides the US, a few South American countries and South Korea software patents are not allowed.
Dude you could have left out the van, or the homelessness and still had a decent post. Where I come from when somebody sets up the pins you knock them down, sorry.

only two minor, non-poker domains: luckypyramidcasino.com and highrollerslounge.com are known to have had their domains seized under the order, which was sent electronically to Internet registrars after its issuance. Both of those domains are believed to have been serviced by US-based registrar service ENOM, allowing the seizures to occur.
However, none of the poker sites in first paragraph are believed to use US-based domain services, so all of those sites remained accessible with no interruption in service.
Scurvy dogs, I look ahead to this day all year long. me manager however hates it. I had to interview a swabby in India this day and he couldn't understand I thin' I said.

Should I go on? There is a ton of evidence for each of these items that indicate that dinosaurs were warm blooded. There speed, growth rates and similarities with birds to the most obvious one.
There is strong evidence that dinosaurs were in fact warm blooded and were not reptiles. Many actually lived in colder climates in the northern regions of the globe.

They are going to legalize marijuana in Canada and start taxing joints? Should have done this a long time ago, me thinks...
All possible results are there until you observe, this causes the wave form to collapse.
If they would change their name to the Privacy Party then they may find they do a lot better...

So here is the power usage breakdown from my Samsung Galaxy S running Froyo:
Display: 89%
Maps: 5%
Wifi: 3%
Cell Standby: 2%
So how is enabling "Dark Silicon" going to help the power usage on my phone when the display uses the
vast majority of the power?

My handwriting has become so bad I'd hate to have to take notes by hand. I'd never be able to read them after-wards.
