    which would set up an inbalance, and he would be a "god"

    and the book's main point was that, while encryption is generally great,
    given time, no encryption has ever stood..

    its just a matter of time, until "Quantum Encryption" takes its place among these facts too.

    why beat around the bush, when you can just mow it down?

    in fact, iirc, myth busters had an episode where they tested if the radar bounces off of the tinfoil
    or something weird like that.
    it was VERY entertaining, as they always are.
    but i just like to watch them do stupid stuff, and make fools of themselves.

    PAINTING YOUR DAMN HOUSE WITH METAL-ENRICHED PAINT
    ...gee, i wonder if there are any unwarranted side-effects.
    and um, pay me 300$, i'll come to your house, and secure your wifi connection, gaurenteed.
    and you can save those brushes for varnishing your deck, or whatever middle-america does.

    oh, i just thought of a good comparison to the whole paint-your-house bs.
    doing this, is like laying land-mines at your steps,
    so your infant/toddler can't get down them, or potentially fall,
    slightly extreeme, is it not?

    i think you and i are the only two people here with 1/2 of a brain or better, that actually get it.

    they're both theroies. nobody can prove to me that GOD exists. thats why its called FAITH.
    but even being a scientist myself, i cant see teaching something that CANNOT be proven as fact either. and they do.

    but the only reason why this judge smacked down the whole textbook sticker thing, is because the creationists backed it.
    if a totally neutral group backed it, it'd be fine i bet.
    better yet, what if the textbooks mfg's themselves took it into their own hands, to actually put a little balance to this equation?

    might i add that in my humble geeky opinion, the geode looks much better, and its smaller!
    ..a wise man once said, its not the size its how you use it.

    my grandfather is nearly 70 yrs old.
    i built him a computer to check his email with and run a small webserver with the "family dot com" as he says.
    ..and all i got to say is, he needed absloutely no instruction on how to use a mouse, computer
    or anything else... sure, he fumbled with XP for a little bit. since then i've brought him to linux though. ;)
    but everybody takes time to adjust to the os for a little while.

    ..how to use a mouse, ..i've heard it all now.


    also note, every community college, and adult-education center, and public library i can think of in every place i've lived,
    offers FREE, yes.. FREE basic computer instruction for those who actually have lived a sheltered life
    and have never seen/used a mouse before.
    (and of course i have taken into consideration those who do live in extreemly rual or remote areas,
    in which they may need a 'howto' on how to operate a pc.
    but don't most investigate how to use one, BEFORE they buy one?)

    then, they'll think their shit is broken, and quit using it, or go get their money back, or offer to take it off of their "burdoned hands" ;)

    anything that is open source, gives them the ability to commercialize it aswell.
    basically they don't have to pay anybody, for jack squat.

    you're off to a good start there, but why stop at houses and buildings?
    why not do roads with it too?
    or other things like, empty lots, cars, and so on?
    ..wouldn't that make sense too?
    then again, it may be superfluously efficent when it comes to energy conversion,
    but when it comes to price / energy vs. the competitor,
    i bet it doesn't hold a candle to it.
    anyways, just my $0.02!
