The first PS made Sony loads of money. So did the second. The 3rd is probably yet to break even, but overall the PS project has made Sony Billions, even counting the loss from PS3.
Most people have no idea there is another OS out there, and we aren't ignorant of this fact. We know there are those out there who would still prefer using Windows, but most people wouldn't care, as long as their computer still did the basics.

For some people price is the most important thing. Other have different objectives. I will never buy a Dell, if I have to buy a windows machine, I will buy an IBM. I have worked with IBMs that were 10 years old, and still worked perfectly. Loads of these machines, enough so that I feel very confident in the brand.

For somebody who (rightly) hates CH9, you sure seem to watch it a lot. CH9 has been a joke for many many years, 7 and 10 aren't much better. Just do what I do, and skip the shit. Find something else to do with all the time you now have.
Americans should be concerned about this, since 9 is the American channel in Australia. All its content is American. TV in oz is a joke, personally schedules should be copyrighted, just as watching tv should be. Anyone here who cares about TV or watched that shit is an idiot.

That is windows fault, it needs the drivers before it will allow power to a USB port. plug it into Linux, and you wouldn't have this problem.
I know that's not a perfect solution but then what is? It is six of one (single port with adapters) or half a dozen of the other (multiple ports).
