    really? im in college now. and i must state exactly that i've performed no "computer trespass", but i have the same level of access as this artical describes to all student records. social engineering gets you VERY far.

    as pack-ins. yes. they're "upper-middle" class. but a pair of 14 dollar earbuds from newegg (sennheisers) kicks their ass across town.

    one problem. once you inject all that noise cancelation, any audiophile with 20/10 hearing is going to snort in disgust at how bad it sounds vs "unfiltered, 500 dollar amped" stuff.

    if you sign a non compete, and then violate it. simply dont tell the contract holder. they'd be hard pressed to stalk you and find out what you're doing.

    yeah. i cant wait for the 80gb version of this for my X40. HOPEFULLY it will be 5400 rpm as well. but...the data density should make up for it if its not

    yeah, orbiter taught me alot about orbital physics back in high school. its pretty nifty. but. ask yourself. "why do i need to know how to calculate a trajectory to mars when JPL and NASA already have experts on the subject" unless you want a job with them being said expert, its next to useless :)

    virtual PC isnt worth bothering with VMware allows higher level access and is FAR snappier, even if it is pretty slow my experience with virtual PC was..."emulate a pentium 1 on your 2ghz AMD!"
