Sure, if those made for tv movies see any sort of release in theaters. Netflix was able to submit their content by playing along with long established rules which only required minor runs in theaters.

  2. Facebook, along with Google and Twitter, don't want to burden theemselves with the costs of properly perusing the content and so use as many algorithms as possible. However the flaws to that approach quickly become apparent and so now they want the governments to take on the responsibility of doing so along with the monetary burden.

There's a difference between being an honest man(Not that I think the vast majority of people at that level of politics or money are honest) and colluding with another country or in the Cohen case the only motive for the payoff being politics. Or Trump being stupid enough to directly order him to do so. On the other hand, given his apparently pathological lying tendencies, I can completely believe that Cohen would have used the cheapest and scummiest means at his disposal to accomplish anything he was asked to do. Ask yourself this, do you believe Trump had never paid off a woman to keep silent about sex prior to the election? Because unless the answer is yes, than paying off Daniels was not a crime. It is only if the only reason he had any payments made was because of the election that it becomes a campaign finance violation.

The truly amusing thing about Cohen is that it's pretty clear that either he's a pathological liar or Adam Schiff performed some serious amounts of witness tampering prior to his second appearance before Congress.

The funniest part is that they've written themselves into a corner. Barring any reality revision shenanigans with the Infinity Gauntlet either de-powering her or vastly empowering everyone else they've created a flying brick with no weaknesses. There's a reason that Superman movies tend to suck and why maybe one in ten comic book writers can pull any good storylines out of him.

It's funny because the only reason that the government in the US has that much power over the citizenry is because of two court decisions, the Slaughterhouse case and Wickard v Filburn. The first of which was a direct repudiation of the meaning of the 14th amendment, and the latter a decsion of socialist economic policies regarding production of goods forced by threat of court packing. Wait, no, three decisions. Eldred v Ashcroft is responsible as well.
