Lik-Sang is an actual company. The court's decision had nothing to do with a single person reselling something in another country that he bought at full price in Japan.

Not to mention I never once had an "Oh shit I'm gonna die, I'm gonna die, I'm gonna die" feeling from D3, while in almost every big monster infested room you got that feeling with the original dooms.
The entire flipping XBOX wasn't cost effective as a franchise. So far, neither is the 360. It's a BS argument anyway, since somehow Steam isn't a charge service and yet Valve is still making money hand over fist.

Well, considering the fact that at every Gamestop/EB games the official party line seemed over the last 1.5 years to be that the 360 was the end all be all of gaming systems and the PS3 was horrible, why am I not surprised. Seriously, when he was off the job the local gamestop manager actually was talking about how he was looking forward to the PS3, and yet go in and ask him, and suddenly he attempts to push 360 superiority. Recently this changed, but for a while, they basically bashed the PS3 as store policy. And now they're saying they think it will fail? I smell a combination of stupidity and possible payoff.
I want to know what happens when you take a cross section of bloggers. Like say, political bloggers, and then cross section that further. Take it down into standard authoritarian, authoritarian social, authoritarian economy, and true liberal. Be interesting to see the results.
