Whedon wants to make more, but he refuses to work with Fox. As Fox still owns the ip, this puts a damper on it's resurrection outside of the movie scene. The movie failed mainly because there was little to no advertising for it before it debuted in theaters. Hell, I barely saw a single commercial for the DVD release. The poor advertising killed it as it wasn't a corny movie that would benefit by SoaP style fan generated hype. That it did as well as it did at all is rather suprising then.
Resistance: Fall of Man - 22 gigs. Launch title. Oblivion didn't hit the storage limit because there really weren't all that many world objects besides the main towns, everything else was randomly generated each time you loaded the game.
Because the Wii will be much more fun. I'll be grabbing a Wii immediately, but I'll wait until year 2-3 of the PS3 to pick one up, because by that time the games will start to be properly polished and the advanced capabilities of the Cell proc will start to really shine. And there will have been at least one hardware revision by that point. As for the 360, why? They've got Dead Rising as the only game I'm truly interested in that doesn't have a better version for PC. And I've been playing that at a friends house.
The profile is not arabs wearing turbans, it's young clean-shaven slightly affluent arab men. Get your profiles straight. And I always found Yoda to be a self-rightous asshole, where had they instead taught tolerance and control of ones emotions, instead of supression and repression, the whole fiasco might not have come to pass.
Fffuckkkkkkkkkkkk. Just when I was about to build my new computer. Fuck fuck fuck fuck. Ah well. given the limited availability I'll just go with Conroe.
Bwhahahahahahhahhaaahahahhahahahahahhahahahahhahah ahaahahhaahahha. *deep breath* Bwahahahhahahahhaahahahahahahahaahahahahahah. Sorry, that was just too funny. Most internet savvy people that care about the news, which is a small portion of any population, know how to get their own news. The common idiot couldn't find his way out of a soggy 1-ply paper bag when it comes to sifting bullshit.
Um, no, most cars can't get to 180. Sorry to burst your bubble. Not to mention the 155 thing is government regulation and by getting an aftermarket chip can be bypassed.
Marketshare and demographics have nothing to do with quality. Case in point, the number of people who drink budweiser. Or the popularity of Jennifer Lopez.
What are you supposed to do with cash reserves? The hottest companies are the ones willing to risk cash reserves. The companies that hoard cash reserves tend to be the ones that go into slow decline unless they have a steady product without much competition. True, a third of cash reserves is pretty steep, but if it pans out it will be a major long-term victory.
Actually, there are essentially three groups of buyers. Those who buy a single console, those who buy two consoles, and those who buy all three. Here's the thing, of those who buy two consoles, they will generally want two consoles as different as possible. Buying a Wii and a Xbox 360 will give them limited differences, whereas by buying the Wii and the PS3 they get the greatest breadth of gaming, as well as a new format for watching shit. That is what MS is afraid of. And make no mistake about it, MS is worried. If the PS3 becomes even a fourth as successful as the PS2 was, Sony will have done well in the games section alone and will have over 26 million blu-ray drives shipped through their console alone. For HD-DVD to win the format war, the PS3 HAS TO bomb. Period, if the PS3 is even moderately successful, HD-DVD will die.
Already a PS3 game that is a 22 gigger. Resistance: Fall of Man. If a company has the space, and the processor power to support that space, which the PS3 certainly does, the programming will scale rapidly with the space available on portable media.

A triple general logic core isn't innovative, and has pretty limited use. Distributed proccessing on a single proccessor is highly innovative however.
The PS3, which is where all that money is going, hasn't been released yet.

Future compatibility. As the price comes down, more HDTVs with HDMI capability will be sold, thereby creating a market.
Yep, worked for Aethelred.

Yep, even the barbary pirates where just US policy haters, they hated that we refused to put up with their bullshit.

Shhh, you'll disturb their carefully crafted illusions.
Or at least be killed by something more dangerous than a stingray.
Actually, given the sheer scale and the materials science a space elevator will need, it's closer to DaVinci and his ideas for flying machines.
No, MS will scrap the Zune after it fails for 10 years.

Except given the nature of big government and inherent human corupptability, that never works. Ever.

Nah, definitely need the sound clip of arnold going, "It's not a tumor"
I would sooo play that game.

Actually, I think those were all seperate categories.

No major US retailer. Several in Japan have. As well as some online retailers in the UK and Germany.
