Nymh used only a healer and as far as I know wasn't banned. The person that was banned was Athene, who went in instances with other 4 people, left the group, tagged a mob (elite, more xp), all the party killed it, rejoined group, rinse and repeat.
With the exception of points 7. and 9. it all seems quite reasonable. Maybe one day you'll learn to drive on the right side. And vinegar is acceptable on salad only, not potatoes.
By the way, I live in Continental Europe and my ancestors, at the time you were wearing animal furs and piling rocks in bizarre patterns, were building aqueducts.
So, in the end, Her Majesty, please 1. learn to drive 2. learn to cook 3. understand that fox hunting isn't a sport 4. stop using that absurd currency that is the pound sterling
If my project has a crucial dependency on some Open Source software, maybe I don't have time to contribute to it, cause I'm busy enough to work on MINE.
Imagine something like this: "Hey, I'm working on FOSS project A and using your FOSS project B. Can you give me support?" "Sorry, don't have much time, FOSS project B uses FOSS library C whose online docs aren't updated, so I'm trying to figure out how does it work. Developer of FOSS library C told me that he could not update it cause the FOSS web server D he's using is constantly crashing, so he's fixing bugs in FOSS web server D. FOSS web server D developer isn't updating it anymore, cause is waiting for FOSS OS E new release, but it's unsure when cause some bug report he submitted are still open. Probably it's due to the fact the producer of FOSS OS E right now is..." *goes out and buy a commercial product*

But then you must assume that the second technological civilization self-destructs on a surfeit of pride too, or that the second technological civilization does not deem it worthwhile to conquer the galaxy as well. So the third, the fourth and so on...
The day an AI will pass the Turing Test, it will be the day humanity has become so stupid to not be able to see the differences between a person and a machine.
If no videogame ever existed, they'd still both overweight, both still living with their parents, and neither has ever had a girlfriend. They'd still have serious social problems, cause they're so probably since when they were children. They use MMORPG to find relief to those problems, to spend their otherwise empty spare time and to feel important in a different context from the one they cannot fit in (called Real Life0.
While I don't like games with low illumination (so D3 will be an improvement over its predecessors), it seems that the screenshoots have way too much green and blue in them. Why?
Oh noes, I've no mod points! I'd have modded you informative!

We had something similar in our company years ago (the mail server added *nameofthecompany-spam* to the subject of suspect email) for both incoming AND outgoing mail. It's not very professional when people of a company you are doing business with read *nameofthecompany-spam* as the first word of an email. But maybe it's better than not receiving the email at all as you suggest (I've my work email forwarded to gmail, and sometimes is classified as spam, so the filter is not 100% infallible)
I really think that a lot of "free software advocates" simply fear that when people start using proprietary software,
they could realize that some of their free software is really bad (lacking features, bad UI, half complete and rarely updated).
As an example, the last two/three times I went to some friends to look at some divx on their linux pc, they spent almost an hour to recompile mplayer... some of the not "free software fanatics" suggested to rent a divx player somewhere instead...
Didn't they release it yesterday?

Seriously, WTF are Knol, Mahalo and Hulu?!?

C'mon, not every WoW player is in SWP/Brutal gear.
Or in your opinion people in T4/S2 (me for example) "won" the game?
