Level 20+ thorns was the best, especially if you could find a ton of gear that increased your health regen rate. I didn't need potions and I didn't even need to attack as the enemies simply dealt something like 600% damage they did to me back onto themselves. My health simply regenerated in a couple seconds. That was the best paladin I ever made. Basically Diablo would kill himself.
No, probably not in Canada either, except for maybe BC. Even then, I'm a current CS undergrad (in eastern Canada), and I wouldn't be caught dead with an $8.00/hr job. On my second work term, I was offer $20/hr+ and I didn't look outside of the downtown core of where I live. Moving to Toronto / Ottawa / Montreal / Vancouver, I probably would have got $30 or more.
I was playing around with my compiz settings the other days and I notice that something I changed manage to enable this effect. The focused window was not brought to the front unless you clicked on the title bar. I think after a restart it was gone though, which is a shame because I was thinking the exact same thing as you. Either way, if it can happen through some glitch / weird setting combination, it shouldn't be that hard to actually implement.
Because they only bought TrollTech a year ago, and thus have only recently had an strong interest in their own superly awesome GUI toolkit, Qt. Note that the newest version of Qt release this week offers prominently support for Symbian.
They could install a device (GPS, with possibly a 3G connection so it can get updated info on roads and speed limits) which keeps track of your speed and then chokes your engine if you are speeding so you slow down, so yes, there are ways they could do it. But as you can see through this analogy it reduces the value of the purchased good: the car or the internet connection,
Actually as any good programmer knows, you wouldn't cut and paste the code. You'd set up inheritence relations via sub classes. Now the best way to think about it is the God originally started off with a creature that was able to sub-class itself based on the variables in its environment. Given enough time, these subclasses would generate more complex structures and thus an entire inheritence tree of relations (much like evolutionary theory dictates). It's a neat idea.
Disclaimer: I don't believe in any of that stuff (i.e. God and mystical beings), but as long as someone remains rational about it and accepts well studied theory, I can't say they're wrong.
...the 18+ rating would not deter game developers and 18+ games would proliferate.
I'd have to disagree. I'm sure there are many game developers who actually enjoy making content that is not necessarily violent or objectionable. Developers don't have to make gory content just because they can.
Is that how it works though? Does adding another magnetic elements to a magnetic field weaken the field's push on another element? Or does it apply equally strong to all things at an equal distance. In such a case, the mass would matter less than the physical size (more specifically, the distance of the furtherest part of the human from the field). Any scientist / engineer care to elaborate?
Or glWritePixels() would work too. Might be a little bit closer to the original method. But then again, I didn't RTFA, so I wouldn't know.
There's already an app for that.
Unfortunately both of those incidents require oxygen to occur. Tough luck there's not much of that on Titan.
Earth! Heart! GOOOOOOO PLANET! "By your powers combined, I AM CAPTAIN PLANET!" ...captain planet, he's a hero, gonna take polution down to zero...

No, on a rock 'n roll vacuum you can turn it up to a net force of 11!
Have your cat spayed or neutroned?
What's a cacodeomon? Is that when Satan lives in your hot chocolate?
Yeah, but someone's gotta try, right?

This was followed by something like A(B((C(D))D(C))A2(C))....
That's it! You solved it! MANpages need to have pictures!
No, you use liquid nitrogen.

I'm not sure, but it sure does stink in here.
And 100% of them have posted a lame joke by now.
Well it depends. If we're up north with a slab of ice, I'd put my money on the Sharks. Otherwise, the Jets would crush them.
The ability to sell support services.

That would also certainly take portal to a whole new level...
Of course there's a 0! I use base 1. All my data is 0s.
