I'm reading thru all these comments seeing that a lot of people are surprised by the fact this lawsuit even happend. In the day and age where you can sue McDonalds because your FAT, and companines are trying to squeeze every last penny out of us that your really surprised?

yes it did indeed get worse. While I'll agree that it wasnt great i used to enjoy parts of it. Their first mistake was changing the set, they had the grungy basement look for a long time then went to this bright and XP-ish looking set....and now...god....it's painfull to watch.
I don't watch it anymore. A week or so ago some woman called in asking if the NFL sunday ticket was a good deal...Whoever allowed that call to get thru needs bitch slapped with a rock.

What is the RIAA going todo if they do win this case and their sales are still lagging? They can try and ban P2P and blame it all they want, but this is just a small drop in the bucket of problems that they have with CD sales. Anyone want to guess what the next scape goat is going to be?
I got a Targus, man that thing has more room than anyother bag i've ever had. And the laptop is nice and secure in the bag. Best of part is that it looks just like a bookbag, and you can't tell that there is a notebook in there.
Soon well see the PIAA (Publishing Industry Association of America) forming up and talking about how it's ideas like this that cause them millions a year in lost revenue. And then start in on how libraries are nothing more than book pirate hang outs....
does this mean that they could put some sort of chip in my remote that will tell these companies when i fast forward thru the advertisements when i tape something? What about the Mute?!
They just found out the Alien fleet will be here in a few decades... And having based their Invasion Defense plans from ID4 I can see why the Air Force would want to sink money into this.
No they will not if they do agree to take it back for some odd reason then they will only exhange it for what you had before. When I worked for Best Buy this was store policy. Then my soul returned and I quit.
