Mind boggling. Im assuming these mods are just skins.. I guess they assume no one will copy their stuff or create their own FREE armor.
Final Verdict : Buy the game on the PC unless you want almost zero extra content (unless you have $$$ to burn). Sure, it may look better if your PC is older, but you might as well spend the extra money to upgrade your PC because at this rate the value of downloading mods for the PC is equal to thousands of dollars on the 360.

If not... the training of Obiwan, the droids (jesus I mean Obiwon had massive adventures with them and then he doesnt say a thing later?). Not only that, but Darth Vader doesnt recognize the droids? According to the prequels he built C3PO himself. Not even mentioning that there are many C3POs that come off an assembly line as was understood before the stupid prequels.
Those are the obvious ones, its probably not the tip of the iceburg. If Lucas wrote the whole thing, as we see it now, at one time.. he was on drugs. More likely it was tied together later and changed for purposes unknown ($$$$$$).

I certainly cant dispute that, and Im sure it happens. My point was not that nearsighted eyes always get worse, but that they are definately at risk to get worse because of corrective lenses. It depends on how much you strain them and how much your individual eyes can take. Since its from the focusing "muscles" tightening up, and that varies with activity and individual, why not take preventative measures? There is nothing to lose from wearing reading glasses during computer and close work.
Diagnosis for reading glasses holds especially true for children.. to lessen the chance of early onset myopia. But if you regularly work at the computer or are in school you should consider them as well. They do not harm your eyes like negative leanses do (why do you think you need a prescription from a doctor for negative leanses and not reading glasses?). My thought was, and is, why not wear them if it has a chance to save some of my vision. They also seem to relax my eyes while reading and make it easier somewhat.

The parent is definately correct. This is cutting edge.. many doctors still refuse to acknowledge this. If you ask your eye doctor about it and he/she dismisses it, go and get another eye doctor that at least tries to keep up with modern science.

From everything I read about TF2 when people were still under the impression it was coming out, it was very similar to a WW2 online shooter and Battlefield 2.. which if they released a product like that now it would be pretty much white noise. I think Valve's best shot at TF2 is to go to the TF roots and just make it a really fun game with some innovation, balance and diversity in classes. For the love of god just dont copy BF2, I want old school TF.
It depends widely. For example Cox in the DC area is pretty great and gets about that speed, but my Adelphia account near Virginia Tech blows and hovers near 2 mbits and has regular packetloss problems. However I havent heard of a mainstream broadband company giving you transfer caps a month... all unlimited here.

Its not the the republicans want to screw everyone over for the sake of it, many honestly believe that a little freedom (or privacy) should be given up to make America more secure. You cant just ignore something and hope it goes away, they are fighting the good fight within the system.. and are losing some ground, but I dont see anyone else trying as hard.
So instead of owning a DVD, a physical copy of the movie, for the same price we cut a huge amount of cost for them by buying it online, hell if they use a bittorrent type style its even better for them.
I don't think they get it yet. The idea about p2p is all about distrobution, not availability. We all know the DVDs and movies are available by DVD, we can go buy them. p2p is a new distrobution method that should be more efficient and cheaper.

Which begs the question.. what is this real life you speak of? What is inherintly better about going out with friends, say for a few hours, than playing a game with other people for a few hours? There is a contemporary debate as to the merit of the old "gamers and online socializing is not really socializing" issue.
Of course I quit playing these games because in the end you are a slave to WoW, having to spend 20+ hours a week in instances to accumulate loot that in the end doesnt matter. I played religiously for a few months, accumulating the best of everything, then new stuff is released and you repeat the process over again. There was nothing fun about running MC for the 100th time, or running BWL for the 50th. More work than play, IMO. The only thing holding me there were friends.. which quite honestly since I didnt like the game anymore were better replaced with either 1) "real life" friends 2) another game
Interesting. I always assumed everyone did the same thing when they read, I guess thats why some people hate reading. I have always wondered about people who say movies are better than books, with books you get 10 times the story, 10 times the detail, and you visualize it all in your head. I guess some people just cant visualize in the way others can.
But my question is why am I able to, and for example, my sister who refuses to read any books, not? We both underwent the exact same schooling (me being 23 and her 21), in the exact same schools. We had the same kindergarden teacher! I think schools need to pay more attention to the science of learning.. in college I find class utterly boring and cannot learn a thing from someone telling me something. However, when I go home and read a book it immediatly gets imprinted on my brain.
Perhaps, instead of constantly attacking scientific communities and sex, religious leaders and their respective communities should actually teach what god and jesus intended.. compassion and forgiveness. When two people believe in god so much to beat someone up because they said something anti-christian says, to me, that the leaders of the religious community have failed miserably to actually relay the teachings of their religion.
