Now, this may be foolish, you may have reasons as to why you do not wish to do this, and this may have been suggested to you already: why not post it yourself? I mean, submit it using your ID (or some random ID), change the headline/comments but use the same URL? No one know will know what story came first due to the volume.
Sure, it may seem like a crap thing to do, but if you post something under an anonymous ID how is anyone to know?
"The artworks themselves are treasures. The other stuff is honestly refuse..."
Yes, the artwork (in this case) the movie is a treasure. However, the storyboards, the animatics, and what have you, are also pieces of art in and of themsevles.
For example, I have several, hand drawn Disney story boards from Bambi that are (without a doubt) Art. Much like I have several Simpson's production drawings, very much art in my book.
I guess it comes down to what one sees as art, but in my book there is a defined beauty in a simple, hand draw, story board...
Let's see (04 numbers):
GOOG modest revenue: 3 Billion
Cash / Short Term Investments: 2.1 Billion
Debt: 0
Net Profit: 400 Million
Right... Looks like "one of those tech-boom start-ups swimming in IPO cash" seems to be a bit off the mark.
I'm not saying that they won't fail, nor am I saying GOOG is the end all, be all, company that will cure the worlds problems - but give them credit here.
If you look at the 05 numbers Rev, Cash Flow and Cash on hand have increased...
I hear you on all your points, but the big reason that the Russians flew Buran just once (so says the majority of space historians) wasn't because they didn't want to save money and that it was a failed concept - rather they didn't have any money to waste....
This whole thing smacks of what the music industry experienced with the "explicit" sticker that is put on CDs.
Essentially, it looks like the govn't is trying to say what should / should not be played by people....
Out of curosity, what happens if a publisher/developer decides not to have the game rated by ESRB? Will retail outlets still sell the game?
Forgive me - but RIM actually produces a product (IE - blackberry, suretype). They are not just sitting around thinking of vague ideas, they are actually doing something, where as NTP is not.
I do not know what other patents they have submitted, and what they are sitting on and not producing, but to call them an pure IP shop (like NTP) is incorrect.
Note: It says "taxis available". Also, that number is updated. Hence, one can draw the conclusion that the "taxis available" are taxis that are not currently occupied, meaning this is practical value.
I agree with you, for the most part... Now the question becomes how do we break out of that pattern?
I agree that democracy is an illusion, and that people are cattle, but how does society break away from what has become the norm? With all the "laws" in place to make sure the system keeps running in the hands of the few, it's hard for the system to be changed.
Then, the problem with changing the system is that the individual pushing for change is looked at as a loon or some nut.
I fear that society has gotten to the point where this is going to be the method of our destruction with little hope to change our path.
I understand what you are saying, however, after pondering the issue for a short while, I have to comment on two of your points.
First, "Why is it acceptable to be anti-gay in the US?". It's the entire basis for freedom of speech - you don't have to like what you are hearing, but you do have the right to say it. So, it's acceptable to be anti-gay in the US because it's acceptable to be PRO-gay. It's one of those "freedoms"... we get to choose how we feel on the topics that are important to our lives.
Second, It makes me sick, as a bisexual man, to think that if I lived in the US I'd be considered immoral or degenerate.. I hate to tell you, but chances are - wherever you live - someone thinks you are immoral or degenerate for living the life that you do. It may not be out in the open, but I'm sure that is the case. It's not like the American Population has the market cornered on anti-gay feelings. Here in the US, while you may be considered immoral / sinner / what have you by some groups, there are an equal number of groups that support your choices of lifestyle.
Frankly, I don't care if someone is gay / bi / straight. You are who you are, and if you treat me with respect is all I care about. Again, I understand what you are saying, but I think you have way over generalized this case.
I find it very odd that Michael Gorman, the ALA president, is complaining about Bloggers/Blogging to the world through and online medium which resembles a "blog".
You are right; North Korea doesn't do those 'evil' things corporate America does. It may be because they don't have the resources, or because they wish to keep the power in the hands of a few.... however....
The BLACK and WHITE truth is that we have a choice to buy into the "evil" that is corporate America or not. North Koreans don't have a choice on their life, or life style.... we do.
I mean when was the last time anyone typed an internet address into their windows explorer? I do it all the time, at the office, where IE is standard and we cannot change.

And just a bit of follow up for the comment yesterday, we see a slashdot posting today - http://slashdot.org/article.pl?sid=05/12/19/214821 7&tid=230&tid=187 Texas to get broadband over power lines
1) areas that are experimenting with broadband over powerlines and 2) wireless broadband... so I guess there are more than 2.
I sure as hell would still want my porn regardless of how it was seen!

How can a journalist frame someone for "solitary confinement"?

And with that you are right on, I just wasn't sure where you were going with it. Thanks. =)
I'm sorry, but what does your poorly focused rant have to do with TFA?
This was the oddest thing I read today - not that I support China and censorship, but thank god someone put this guy under wraps.
All I need is my audio out, going into my mix or protools - a DRM breaker all the time.

I 100%, with out a doubt, totally agree with you. You won't get an argument from me, I'll help you fight this war.

Actually, it's not a remake - it's simply taking the name seeing that was the 1st Bond book. Tho, I will forever love Casino Royale.
There is a weekend project to try!
