No, There isn't any BIAS. You literally can sue for anything. If you are to stupid to open a door that says pull and hit yer head on the door and get a bloody nose. You can sue the store and with the right lawyers and judge/jury you can easily win. There have been cases of people breaking into a persons home. Hurting themselves. File a lawsuit and of course win.

From my understand DDoS attacks keep leaving open connection and starting new ones. The router then looks for the connection and another is made. Basically 1 machine is causing multiple open connections. When you multiply this by thousands or more it becomes more than the hardware can keep up with. It then crashes. Kinda like hitting the redline on RPM's on your engine. Then BOOM engine fails.

Even before there was adware/spyware 2 years and a fresh install of Windows was/is pretty normal. I am definitly not a Windows hater. However their OS's are not very durable. If you like to "Try out" apps on Windows ALOT of junk gets left behind. Eventually you start getting errors that are not correctable and you can either live with em or redeploy the OS. I would much rather run in a more or less stable environment a clean install provides.

And who knows what other miracles people seem to think a big power supply will accomplish. Basically it = this: Either you have enough power to run all your components or your don't. The power supplies are rated at different wattage. However they are not going to increase the amount of juice running to a component. The components well in effect burn up if it did. Shrug just a pet peeve i've picked up reading on technical forums about people who seriously think PSU's = faster computer.

Clock speed has been a really poor way to determine the speed of chips for awhile. The problem is that it is widley accepted that GHz=Speed of processor. As we have noticed with AMD running lower Ghz chips with faster throughput this is not the case anymore. Don't get me wrong Overclocking the chip and dumping more power into it will raise the Ghz/Mhz up and increase its speed. But that is akin to pushing the accelerator to the floor on your car. There is always going to be a max for the technology.
