Makes indoor cycling at home almost bearable. I say almost because I have such a rig but I never use it, I prefer to cycle outdoors or in a spin class.

Lot of people enjoy it though. Here in Norway there is a winter series on these contraptions where people compete in a mix of VR terrains and Real Life Videos.

I'm very sceptical to using batteries under water. In fact I think I can say that i'll never use a diving system that depends on batteries. It just feels unsafe.

The amunt of time you can spend under water isn't usually limited by air supply, but by nitrogen levels in your blood and tissue. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Decompression_sicknes s

After about the 20'th dive running out of air has never been a problem for me. Now I usually surface with well over half the air left in the tank. The limit is the nitrogen saturation.

If you never go below 10 m this could be a cool thing if it weren't for the batteries...

Change of spec sounds like real life to me. Customers rarely know excactly what they want before they have a working system up and running. THEN they start to see the possibilities.

Frustrating? Yes! But we have to live with it. We just need to make them understand that the project will be delayed and it will cost more and why this is so if they change the specs late in the project.

Our job as developers is to make the system easy to change bacause we all know this will happen.
