150k/year should be enough to pay for all of that. I make half that and I can easily let the wife stay home with the kids, own a house, pay off and have 2 cars, go out to eat and do day trips and vacations with 3 kids and still put ~500-1000/mo in savings.
How would you dynamically recompile a program written in C? Emulation on mobile platforms is likewise costly. On the other hand the apps could have various security bugs that later compilers pick up on.
It's mostly very old apps that nobody supports will stop working and for everyone of those there are a hundred different new ones. Nobody cares that your fart app will stop working, you'll find another one. Commercial apps have already gotten updates.

The main reason this is happening is because Dems are finally noticing that they created this media mess that got Trump elected and most likely reelected. Now that it's no longer working in their favor must it be abolished. It's just a repeat of the Nixon administration and the Bell breakup.

Short: Mikkelson screwed over his partners and got caught stealing from his own company.
Obviously this begs the question why they should be included in those numbers? If you don't want to go to work, you're not employable by anyone because even if the job was available, you wouldn't take it. It's a useless statistic. If you're wealthy enough (which by definition anyone in the west can survive on government-funded basic/supplemented income) you don't need to work, you do other things you find useful, but the government can't make you work or count you as a potential worker.

The 3rd party SDK's rely just as much on Apple's SDK. I have several of them and they all require me to install Xcode first.
