    You really swallowed the genuine kool-aid. Often as not, the generics are made in the same factories.

    But the point is that if they used a standard connector, whether USB or one of the cylindrical types like many music players use, you wouldn't need to buy a new charger at all, ever.

    Cause it says their expenses were about $8 million, so receiving nearly ten times what their expenses were seems excessive.
    Is that just direct, external expenses, like hotels and travel? Then what do you think the lawyesrs & support staff are going to get paid out of? The tip jar?

    How do you know? Been going through their statements?

    I'm not a fan of lawyers in general, but it's not as if Billy G would have ponied up the dosh without them, is it? There'd have been no settlement to start with and the people would have got nothing.

    No, there is no proven genetic link.
    It's not disproven either.

    We have gone back 4 generations and there is no trace of MS in the family history. That hardly makes it look a convincing case for a genetic disease.
    Unless your family is the only one to ever exhibit this disease, that proves nothing. Not really a huge sample size, is it?

    No matter how many times you say that their suggestion is shit, or how diplomatically you phrase it, or how much evidence you present, it'll still be your fault when their stupid ideas go wrong. Being frustrated at taking the blame for some halfwits' arrogance is perfectly reasonable.

    But it isn't your job to be frustrated, it's your job to roll out whatever management decides to go with, you're being paid to do that.
    I'm sure you've enjoyed great sucess being a yes-man, but sometimes being a professional means saying "no". No, that drug won't cure you. No, this lawsuit will cost you a fortune and you'll still lose. No, that software won't do what you want.
