    I was a Jehovah's Witness for the first 30-odd years of my life, and neither me nor the many hundreds of other Jehovah's Witnesses that I knew would have ever been offended by the mention of birthdays in a test. Why are they being over-sensitive in retarded ways?

    So very wrong. Opening a box does not mean you agree to the EULA. The sticker usually just states that by using the software you agree to the terms of the EULA, not opening the package itself.

    First Amendment rights are taken away from people who use it to endanger others' lives...ie. yelling "fire" in a theatre, and hate speech. Why should a person's right to bear arms not be taken away when it's shown that they are endangering others' lives by using that right recklessly?

    Umm...you think you'll be able to use your LCD TV with this to get a 3D image? Your TV will also have to be a new 3D model, there are a few of them for sale now I believe. Then the type of glasses you use (shutters vs. polarised) will depend on the TV you bought.

    Basic knowledge? I hardly think that an obscure element on the periodic table is basic knowledge. It's not like they're selling naming right to the alphabet.

    In related news, for the first time ever an iPhone was used in a colonoscopy to detect cancer. Using the sleek design to its advantage the device was able to "get in there" and take the photos required. The doctors said it was a success...the patient said "Ow!"
