Just make sure you know what you're doing when installing Dropline GNOME. When I tried to uninstall it, it killed my system. I ended up reinstalling Slackware.
I'm running the beta of OpenOffice.org 2 on Linux. It looks nice, but not all the features seem to be working. If you're planning on using OpenOffice.org for anything you find important, use the stable version. I tested the AutoRecover, and it's not working well. Other features may not work correctly as well. I'm sure many of the problems will be fixed in the final release, but please use the stable for anything but testing.
Modern medicine may just be a theory but I reckon it's statistically a better bet than relying on His strength.
I dunno. The mind is better at stopping cancer than moderm medicine.
Funny how this article comes up when the media just released information about a new virus. Phel uses IE to remotely control any version of windows, even windows xp sp2.

It's good to emphasize that, although Trillian and GAIM are competitors, they share information with each other when things go awry. Whenever Yahoo! makes a change that screws up GAIM and Trillian, you can bet the devs on both sides will be helping each other out. Now that's a good proprietary/open source relationship.

Hehe, you forgot to mention that iRiver supports ogg vorbis ;)
The parent and this post feel ironic.
I like how Microsoft, like Apple, is moving beyond just PCs.
Sorry, slashdot community :(
Yeah, "synthesizer" would be a better word.
Let's hope it's not hosted on a dissected mac mini. Unless it's overclocked. Then it's OK.
obviously not Enlightenment :)
Sorry, I didn't mean for the first sentence to be in there. Attribute it to the post's parent, or if you're an editor, take it out.

Trillian Pro lets you view html profiles via a plugin.
I wanted sharks with laser GUNS on their HEADS. Not sharks with lasers and computers!
I don't know about you, but I use the window manager Enlightenment. Multiple virtual desktops...the perfect environment for the GIMP.
