I want access to MY system, the root system is just the poor programmers solution for securing the system, why not make secure root access to begin with, and then make the system more simple to use with GUIs so that the user doesnt screw up their system in the terminal, forcing them to use the terminal is just asking for trouble, not to mention the fact that having to use root password to do so many things is a pain in the ass and causes users to get too used to just typing in their password without knowing what they are doing
