    Yeah, and if we just educated the public about not opening unsolicited emails, clicking blind links, going to sites with crazy URLs and all the like we could cut out 90% of the code from the AV software and... I just saved a bunch of money on my car insurance by switching to GEICO!

    I'd have to agree... we use WebEx for all our conferences in our company (in three different locations). Once a WebEx session is started, participants can very easily join via phone or online. These meetings can be saved for later viewing. In addition, the presenter need only a PowerPoint presentation and a pointer to switch between slides and interact with everyone else. Very handy.

    If you understand the risks, side-effects, and possible benefits, anyone who is mentally fit should be able to insert whatever materials they wish into their own body presuming no perceived liabilities to others (which would preclude crack, PCP, etc).
    Yes, and anyone that does such should pay, with their own money, for any hospital bills they incur. The reason people's freedoms in this regard are limited, is because their actions, over time, inflict a financial burden upon society that the individual does not pay for.

    Of course his wife doesn't know his password -- who the hell could remember thirty passwords that are at least 14 characters in length and get changed every week or so? I'm surprised he has a wife. Is she allowed to go outside? If I were him, I'd be afraid someone might look at her...

    And what the hell is he doing, doing things like online banking or getting mail from his bank online? Does he really trust these companies enough to give them this information?

    The scary part is that the way the article is written, the guy sounds like he knows he's a nut. It would be fun though, to write up a list of things he could do in addition to the things he's listed and see if it pushes him over the edge.
