  2. well lets see I suppose that a fed level LEO could see who owns that block (if you gave a PUBLIC address) and then have them look at their records to see who had that address at the date/ time in question.

    (so its not enough to charge YOU but it is enough to have a "Chat" with anybody known to have been there at the time)

    The problem is they CAN NOT BLOCK these calls from being delivered.

    with power sorted then everything else becomes easier. look at it this way if these become COTS by the time we are doing an actual launch then we use Version 14 and know these work besides i would bet that if these are light enough to launch on a rocket then the Red Cross/Crescent/Crystal would buy a bunch of these to deploy to Disaster areas. MSF would love to have a Mobile Ward with solid power.

    I would submit to the court that the problem of the HeadLight Brightness is related to the problem of the (lack of) Driver Brightness.

    Or as part of the fight on poverty you must begin opening NO Monthly Fee accounts to anybody with assets less than or equal to 90% of the National Poverty Line (also waive the neat Gotcha Fees).

    an "easy" way to do both is to have a code library that is pre-vetted and known to be secure.
    (why start from scratch every time you need to do a Login??) script your setup to red flag known issues and you won't get hit with the "Everybody Just Shoot Yourself" level security issues.

    then you move the SPOF inside the unit (or some desk jockey will increase the power draw)

    with two units if one goes bad you can then yank the running unit off the port and replace it (if you want to get wrench monkey simple)

    2 any bandwidth shaping or service restrictions must be part of a signed and notarized contract (copies to be on file in the local office and original STAMPED copy to be on file at the corporate office).

    3 any ISP that owns directly or indirectly any content service may only promote said content as part of a "bonus"
    where any future charges for said service must require an affirmative action on the part of the client to begin (any free %service% package must automatically cancel at the end of the promo period unless the client performs a clear action like checking a box on a physical bill or checking a box in an electronically presented bill)
