    So at basics it is a trust relationship with the aircraft to provide accurate altitude and positional information?

    The article is about specific model but is there not scenario for a small drone to lie and pretend position? I couldn't see anything in spec about shared verification.

    Samsung note 4 plus:
    * Extra depth to support 2 batteries
    * use extra space for some good sound load enough for in van
    * USB 3 through existing socket
    * built in 'case' tested to puddle and 6ft drop tests
    * all pre installed cruft in 1 folder
    * not phone fault but really smart handling of wifi, 3g transitions etc to minimise having to flick mobile access on off to get data reception.

    Agreed hub to device symmetric key secures that path. But it just makes the hub a more valuable target the more powerful devices connected to it get ( turning on a light versus opening garage door.

    I have a chip based debit card ( pretty much all cards in uk in past 2 years ).

    I can buy in pubs, coffee shops etc with just a swipe ( most chains ) otherwise pin number.

    On London underground you just use card over reader and it works out best ticket ( so if you spend more than 28 pounds in week it buys one weekly pass for last 7 days ).

    Not sure how apple or Google add value to this. Rather wave my card around at random strangers and devices than an expensive phone.
