  1. Adrenals too. on Nerds Make Better Lovers · · Score: 1

The adrenals produce some testosterone. But I don't have any plans to take those out, or to get a lobotomy. There are people who have had nullifications done. It's a viable option.

  2. Conviction? on Nerds Make Better Lovers · · Score: 1

  3. Just after I got castrated! on Nerds Make Better Lovers · · Score: 0, Flamebait

Darn, and I just got a castration. In a few months I'll get a nullification where they remove everything else and just leave a small hole to pee from. But I will not become a woman. I will become asexual. My excitement will come from learning science instead of porn.

Well, I can still certainly be a good lover--my tounge will still be intact! My fellow nerds--try it out. You can get Androcur over the internet--this gives the same effect as castration, yet is reversible. I took it for a few months before I decided to go through with the castration. Order the pills--and some books on math and science!

  5. Please answer if you can. on Tokyo's Geek Ghetto · · Score: 1

Have you considered lowering your testosterone? There turns out to be things in life a lot more interesting than the sex drive. The drug Androcur, available online, can lower your testosterone level to that of a eunuch. I should know, as I took it before I became one--the feeling is similar. Mathematics...the beauty of something as simple as binary (like your user id)...this becomes visible.

  6. Already here on Disposable Camcorder · · Score: 1

Most phones today that can take pictures will take video easily. The problem is actually data transfer rate, not capacity. That's why many limit you to 30 seconds even though you can fit a lot more into flash memory. Although my Treo 650 apparently let me shoot as long as the card lasted.

  7. Why is this posted? on Disposable Camcorder · · Score: 4, Funny

Nerds seek the singularity, and sex is a distraction. Your post is both unoriginal and irrelevant.

  8. Cautious but optimistic on Cold Fusion in a Breadbox Instead of a Bottle · · Score: 5, Interesting

The article clearly notes that this is nowhere near break-even. Yet, as it notes, there are many applications beyond positive energy production. If it is a good source of neutrons, then it is well worth the effort.

I am optimistic. We have a slightly-puritanical mindset that we have to work for everything. Well...we are coming upon an easy and elegant solution to our energy problems. Even fission needs to be explored more as we find newer ways to contain the radiation (nuclear batteries lasting years could come soon if we get over our hangups).

The great thing about being a eunuch is enjoying things like a kid. I don't get as distracted by the more lascivious aspects of it. I wonder if some of the people in this district have done this life-changing and wonderful operation.

I'll wait for the true transhuman solution. We are progressing nicely, with artificial eyes and ears that connect directly to the brain. I look forward to the day I take my last breath and live on as something much more powerful. You won't just be able to breath underwater--you'll take pleasure trips on the surface of the sun.

I leave them on. I want to see the sites that insist on putting up pop-up ads to whoever comes by. So I will remember never to use them. BBC has never done this to me, and I use it for news even though I am a USian. Go BBC.

  17. Do they have article on nullification? on BBC News Under The Bonnet · · Score: -1, Offtopic

The BBC could help me then. After having been castrated, I am going to go get my penis and scrotum taken off. I will be left with a small hole to urinate from. But no vagina. I don't want to be a woman. I want to be asexual. Slashdot is my inspiration! Thank you for all your +5 insightful posts.

You have to stop thinking in terms of absolutes. We don't live in a perfect world. This is not some utopia where every piece of IP is only used according to its EULA. Sorry, Sony, life is unfair. However, if someone was prevented from using StupidSoft BurnEasy(tm) on their $399 PC to distribute a CD all over the playground, then the DRM for this CD did the purpose. Whether enough money is gained to offset the price of the DRM is for Sony to figure out.

  21. Casual copying on Sony's New DRM Technique · · Score: 2, Insightful

It's not a waste of time if it prevents casual copying of CD from someone who doesn't even know about ogg or mp3. This is not about having a perfect barrier to any unauthorized use. It's about making things just a bit harder to increase sales.
