It's not talking about just cities though. In remote areas where I live (uk) broadband isn't even available. So for the hills of japan im guessing that will still be pretty good in 10 years.

Is it really news though? I like to see these stats as much as the next guy, but i mean, give me a shout when it hits 25%.

Software piracy isn't SEEN as normal. It IS normal.
I use windows I just wish they'd develop a half decent virtual desktop manager... i'd be so much happier.
This core functionality is largely catch-up to other browsers which support tabs, but a necessary foundation for future work.

It isn't actually using that much ram. Minimise it then check the RAM usage. That worked for me. I think this bug has been reported.
