No, I'm afraid you are wrong. Please see my reply to your earlier post.

The wikipedia article you are quoting contradicts your argument.

    No! No! No!

In the wikipedea article you link to it clearly refutes your statement...

Year 0001 corresponds to AD 1. The year before that is 0000, which corresponds to 1 BC

It further links to an article on the 20th Century where it states...

The 20th century lasted from 1901 to 2000 in the Gregorian calendar. Common usage sometimes regards it as lasting from 1900 to 1999, but this is incorrect since counting of calendar years begun in the year 1.

Dropping MS Office support would be the kiss of death to OpenOffice.

I promise you the average user does not want to go through a convoluted process to edit their existing docs, they just want to hit Open...

Keep in mind one of the ways MS Word overtook WordPerfect was by supporting the opening of WordPerfect files

Well realistically, I'd guess Sony are going to release PS3 ahead of the Revolution, they're much further along the track.

Sony have had dev kits out for a while now and Cell chips rolling of the production line, so far Nintendo haven't shown more than non-functioning mock-ups of the hardware.

While I look forward to seeing the Revolution when it's finally unveiled, I think we'll be waiting a while before we can buy one in the shops.

Yep, you're right. Same point was made in The Inquirer (http://www.theinquirer.net/?article=24904) yesterday when they reported on this survey:

Whilst interesting figures we can't help but smirk a little at the numbers game that tends to go on around internet piracy that makes us rather cynical when it comes to these things. For example, it is customary for the gaming industry to count every downloaded videogame as a lost sale - IE if you download a videogame it means that had you not had the download service available you would have bought it in the shops.

The second thing that interests us in the way the figures are worded, with "84% of 15 - 18 year olds" having pirated a videogame we have to ask just who was surveyed, for if this were a scientific survey then surely a number as high as 84% of 15 - 18 year olds wouldn't have access to broadband?

Umm... suggest you go watch Kurosawa's Seven Samurai. Sure Bug's Life is a nice movie, but original? No. Some scenes (the opening springs to mind) are a shot for shot lift (sorry, homage).
