If you have something connected the the ignition so in ON,START it stops the screen showing any but the above but on ACC or OFF you can show any thing, then that is legal

Why should there be public roads. I'm sure all the poor people without cars can walk to where there going while the people with cars spare a few pounds from their massive salaries, there's no need to take even more from the poor.

Probaly because you can remove it from Apple (I not sure if you can but I think you can) but with windows you can not remove it without breaking the computer.
