Why not wire a pair of gloves to detect RFID and record all the unique IDs of the people you shake hands with? Then later when you get home put it on your nifty Dart gun and shoot at some door knobs.
I keep all my major stuff on a flash drive. Whenever the computer I use screws itself over (no I didn't do it I swear!) I sigh and reinstall windows. Though that hasn't happened much. Never happened with my XP machine.
My girlfriend HAS indeed said that Bill Gates is cute. I'm waiting for my computer to get struck by lightning or something.
At a bestbuy near me they had bundles ranging up to $480! I mean... who really needs a napster gift card thing with it. When they lower the price, get more games, lower the price of the games, solve the problems I've been hearing about it. THEN maybe I'll buy it.
It sounds like I'm waiting for the ideal communism.
But I really doubt that's gonna happen anytime soon. Some new format will probably come out every once and awhile and then the old format will have to be rearchived. What would the ideal format look like?
Sentimental value can push the price of something waaaay up. When you have something of value at one moment and then in the next it's all gone, you have this empty feeling inside. That feeling is enough to push someone over the edge apparently.
Interesting... kind of pointless... but interestin

I really don't see major point in all of this. What good could come out of this? It's not exactly dinner table talk...
"So Jimmy, what did you do today?"
"I took apart my PSP"
"You mean that $250 toy we bought you?
"Yup that's the one"
My girlfriend has more consoles then me (I cancel that by having more then 10 computers)... and her and her sister beat Halo 2 (I helped I guess). We have conversations like this:
"On the plane to florida I saw this kid that had a PSP"
"Cooool"
"I also met this surfer boy and he asked me to be his surfer girl"
"Did he have a PSP?"
"No...."
"You trying to get me jealous?"
"Yes...."
"Not working"
"You'd be jealous if it really happened..."
"I'm jealous of the guy with the PSP"
"Yeah me too"
Nuff said. She's awesome. She's tried to play with some of her other girl friends but they just plain.. stink. I dunno if that's becuase she's good or if they are horrible.
First off at a glance this thing looks awesome. Tons of features, game selection at this point isn't the best, and the hacks seem to be comming.
Just wait till someone makes a disk full of tools. Phone book, notepad, better fully functional webbrowser... Fun.. oo maybe a chat thing. Everyone wants to use MSN or AIM on there PSP!
I agree... the price was definatly a turn off. I'm waiting for it to go down.
Most idiots out there came to associate Internet = IE.
I use firefox all the time. (And I mean it) and when people ask me "What is that?" I always answer "Ah it's firefox. You should try it." after that I get answers like: "Nah My mom says our current internet is good" "Is it cheaper then [enter random ISP]?" "Is that site only viewable in Firefox?" etc.... So I agree that IE probably became the dominate browser becuase no one knows about the others.
I never touch anything without my spray-on "second skin". People were just calling me paranoid but NO! I have them now.
when I read "Robotic Nanotech Swarms on Mars... in 2034"
"CRAP! Tinfoil hats are futile!"
"Are they coming from Mars? PLEASE TELL ME THEY ARE NOT COMING FROM MARS!"
"Hmm I'll be 44....."
"Do they replicate?"
You know... of the like.

Yes it may have been vandalism and was corrected but this vandalized version just got me laughing.
"I think we forgot an "e" in there someplace..."
This little tidbit was the most interesting part of this whole thing.

I for one welcome our girl gamer overlords.

I plan on watching it the day it comes out.... Maybe twice.
Anyone else notice what time he woke up?

Or maybe 4/29/2005 but maybe that's just pushing it....
