Or what if they don't play nice and cause congestion which you don't want to deal with?
There is a chance that the users noticed the problem and then found the "correct" way to install the software and didn't bother reporting it.
Can they still use the ATM? The self-checkout at supermarkets? Library electronic catalogues?
"We done it" is better than "we think maybe hope we can in the next 5 years".
