i believe they do core samples of the root systems and check rings. like ice cores. like all prehistoric analysis, it could be possible that 500 new rings grew in one year, but seeing as there is no evidence of that happening yet, it's improbable.
I agree with this wholeheartedly. It's a little intellectually dishonest to respond to these article questions and not mention konami's guitarfreaks and drummania.
Comparing the cost of driver updates on a per console basis doesn't make much sense. There is a one time cost to create the drivers plus maybe the salary of one programmer to maintain the drivers. Per console, that's miniscule.
Maybe it was a long exposure (relative to the speed of electrons!)? So even though it's empty space most of the time, the long enough exposure catches the electrons in every part of the path of the bond.
I agree with the first two points, but the third point is valid because if watermelon crops REPLACE sustenance crops for use in biofuel, then you get the same problem.
What about just having a secure router set up and another access point setup separately that is not connected to anything but just broadcasts the secure wireless's key?
The moral of the story is don't let content owners tell you what is acceptable fair use, because OF COURSE they will always err on it being not fair use. I think that for anyone who legitimately wants to follow the law and legitimately use a large portion of text, having a tool like this is pretty great. It's better than the alternatives of having to hassle with trying to find someone w/in the AP that can license to you or just illegally copying the text outright.
but again, if you know you are w/in fair use, then use it, or ask an expert, don't ask the content owner.
microsoft and sony decide what games already are allowed to be produced. they can't charge too much because if they don't have enough good games, then no one will want the console.
nat geo posted an article. basically, the blue dye helps prevent the initial swelling which compresses spinal cord tissue to the point of tissue death. less tissue death = better recovery.
In case anyone doesn't know, the one Duncan Jones is the son of the one David Bowie.
I saw the movie at the Tribeca Film Festival followed by a question and answer with him. It's a fantastic scifi feature for a directorial debut. I hope he continues making more films in the future.
the question is when is something considered a separate sentient being, (or a living human). i'm pretty sure punishing people for killing other innocent people (even to save another) is not considered shoving morals down throats.
They exist in the enterprise market. Servers.
I think the biggest reason is still that linux is not a good experience for a normal person. You can also get netbooks off the shelf with linux installed, with custom UIs. If you want to play any media on it that isn't opensource, it's not as simple as just trying to play the video and automatically finding the codec.

I don't actually know how AFM actually works, so this could be just bullshitting.

If they send the students home, that probably means that they need to have extra school days at the end of the year, or cut into holidays.

I would like to see the reproducible test results.

Also, we happen to be sentient.

the cost per bokcode is like 20x-200x that of printing a barcode.

I'm going to shoot lots of rockets at the moon to alter it's orbit to one that makes an even longer one.
now to see if the cia put it in gun form.
I believe this is true of the US as well, but IANAL.
What is this a solution for exactly?
Yup, there is an errorinsummary. I wonder if they compensated the dude.
