For example, this account that I'm posting on is somewhat of a clone account, because on my original account, after many "+5 Funny" or "+5 Insightful" or "+X Whatever" mods; I posted something that offended somebody or something like that, and now I get a -1 on EVERY GODDAMN THING I post, regardless of whether I am funny, troll, on topic, off, or whatever! Who is to blame for that load of horseshit? I can't get get a better karma score because I have a "terrible" rating; and I have a "Terrible" rating because I can't get a better score. It's a catch 22 cycle that I CANNOT get out of!

Who gives a flying fuck about which console has a "more powerful GPU?" As far as I'm concerned, all 3 current consoles have near photorealistic graphics. Why not put a bunch of cash into R&D for outstanding AI, gameplay, game length, sound mapping, etc. Fuck the pretty pictures, they aren't required for gaming. If you play the original Pong, it's got 2 lines and 1 moving dot, probably a total of ~250 pixels. If you play Pong with 3D rendered paddles and a vertex shaded ball, antialiased, with texture maps, bump maps, and the like. . . guess what? You're still just playing Pong. The game didn't change a bit.

I must agree with you. I didn't buy myself a PlayStation 2 until about 2 months ago, and that was because Metal Gear Solid 3 amazed me to point that I could no longer go through life without a PS2.

Please mod me down, because replying to one's self is stupid; but I must also mention that the anti-counterfeiting measures on Utah DL's are practically impregnable. The State Seal, the names of every county, the [current] Governer's signature, and the holder's signature are all part of the background of the card, made with holographic printing techniques. The holder's picture is on there twice; one at regular size and color level to identify with, and one at a smaller size with faded coloring set behind all of the information wording. Also, a picture of the state capitol building is the backmost image on the card. On top of everything else, the card isn't just laminated paper, it's like a credit card; everything is printed right on the plastic. Correct me if I'm wrong, but those are some drastic security measures.

Utah DL's have all of those, with the exception of "full" legal name. As mentioned previously, the middle name is replaced by an initial.

Not to be a troll or rain on your parade or anything, but it's my own personal insight that if FOSS software were "incorperated" into a Windows OS, it would cease to be FOSS. I believe Microsoft would not incorporate said software unless they had copyrights {READ: ownership} of it. Imagine with me for a moment how much you would dislike Firefox if it was Microsoft branded. Not because you are or are not a fanboy, but because it would cease development in the path that it's going now. Microsoft would focus less on having a superior browsing experience and more on putting out a new version with no new features. In no time, we'd go from the current Firefox 1.0 to MS Firefox 5.5, with few or no updates, with the exception of maybe some UI tweaks. I, for one, hope that they do not "incorporate" open source software, unless the original developers can persuade a clause that the source stay open and the original development team still be the primary authors.

    Just my 2 cents. . .
