The 2-gig filesize limitation that SuSE had is now no longer a concern, and updates are incredibly easy with apt and debs instead of RPM Hell. Even LVM worked out of the box, detecting and using my existing setup.:)

What every man page should have: EXAMPLES. Copious examples, especially for common-usage scenarios.
I tried using the 'date' command at the CLI to change the system date and it has NEVER worked for me. Now anytime I have to make an adjustment to it I go thru KDE.

--I tried using qtparted on my ancient Toshiba Tecra 520 laptop's 4-gig drive *today* and it failed. That was with Knoppix 2003-0606 BTW, the latest non-dvd version. Couldn't even resize hda1 (Fat32) from 1-gig to fill up the rest of the free space on the drive, which should have been simple.
--There *is* still a reason to buy Partition Magic. qtparted still hasn't released version 1 yet, they're still at like 0.3.3 or something. The software is still pretty unstable and quite frankly, I don't trust it. PartitionMagic I've used dozens of times, and only had 1 problem - and that was back with version 7.0.

'Tis a sad day to see Red Hat coming off the shelves in this manner.
--At first I saw the 256k DSL, 7 HOURS? WTF? Then I noticed the lowercase "k." 32KB/sec DSL is what I worked it out to, minus packet overhead. Geez, that's only ~6x as fast as a 56K modem, (avg rate 5KB/s on those with already-compressed data.)
--Ever tried BitTorrent? (I haven't, but heard they have RedHat torrents available at: http://f.scarywater.net/ )
--I feel bad for you man... I started out with 768k DSL and upgraded to 1540 (avg 168-200KB/s), and I wouldn't go back. God help me if I ever have to rely on a 56k modem again!
Ummmm.... Sounds kinda like Morphix.

A: "No. Please get your supervisor on the line. Now."
Interesting stuff.

o Copy of Opera web browser static
o Partition Magic 7.01

o Putty for Windows (there's also a Linux version out in case you didn't know.)
