    and don't know if they're going to have a reliable paycheck.

    They've been fairly successful by this point. If they invested their money in even conservative things by now they shouldn't have to worry about that.

    The shenanigans of our state government here in California could fill a 24 hour news program on multiple channels.

    feeling is that it makes up for shortening peoples lives because of living next to these things.

    You know that was debunked years ago, right? The original studies had massive flaws, and one researcher even admitted years later that he fudged results. Large scale studies since then have been conclusively negative.

    Right. I see *more* rabid ideology on the Internet than I ever saw in the Old Media. We seem more polarized than ever, and I blame the ability of people to go to various ideological sites and sit around in echo chambers while they fine tune their reality distortion fields. And by "we" I mean you lot out there. I discarded ideology decades ago when I realized what a mug's game it was.

    One of the manufacturers- I can't recall who (gee, good ad)- dared to show the family sitting with their little goggles in front of the TV. That thing vanished from the airwaves faster than any ad I've ever seen. *Everyone* I know was making fun of it, young and old alike.

    They need to overcome the goofy factor.

    Maybe it was an error in judgment, but is it an $11 million error? That's sick.

    What's even sicker is the legal wonks sitting around scratching their goatees and blathering "Well, teh laws am teh laws." This is a horrific result.

    Then the lawyer could have done his diligence and filed against the proper party.

    How about the lawyer do his due diligence BEFORE all this happens? You people... seriously... there needs to be more crotches punched in this world. You're all sleepwalking zombies.

    Nope. I have the red/green issue, but I could see the red and green of the buttons fine. It's generally not a problem with very bright colors. *shrug* At this point the locations are second nature to me. Quickly from memory: Left X Blue, Right B Red, Down A Green and Up Y Yellow.
