    Let us imagine that you travel forward in time to a distinct location in spacetime relatively similar to our own, and each molecule, atom, and quark in your body adjusts somewhat in that transitive moment in spacetime.

    At that new space time point, be it 20 years or 1 infinitieth of a nanosecond into the future, it will not be you. it will be a distinctly new and unique creature.

    Some of that proprietary software is the reason my wireless works on Ubuntu.

    I'm all for open source code, and all, but what guarantee do I have that my laptop would work with that?

    This is like saying "It's just like that other free car, but without the ugly cupholder!"

    What's stopping you from removing the other software yourself, if it's that unsightly?

    I may be the only one, but a catch-all approach just doesn't work for me.

    Sometimes "testarray" is easier on the eyes than "TestArray" or "testArray" or whatever other kind of system you've got. But it really depends on the program.

    When McDonald's serves salad, I worry about what's in it.

    But when Nintendo makes a workout game, I have no such hesitation. perhaps because I know it won't kill me. Perhaps because they have a nice track record. Perhaps because there are other video games known to give a nice workout.

    Your pessimism really doesn't apply here.
