No, airburst of 1 megaton weapon at the required altitude of 1000 meters or more is useless against underground reinforced targets. ground burst (heavy local fallout ) or penetration is necessary.
helpless brown moles who can't retaliate against the defense contractor headquarters and stockholders are the main thing.
We are not fighting anyone in afghanistan nor iraq who attacked us, they left years ago. Instead we label as "taliban" and "insurgents" any disgruntled resident who doesn't want our version of "democracy at gunpoint"
Some problems with that technology: S/N ratio so very low, device become erratic and potentially dangerous a few days a month and then leaks biohazardous fluids, very high maintenance costs, increasingly frequent nag messages displayed to upgrade from trial package to lifetime support contract with total vendor lock-in (Girlfriend 0.5 -> Wife 1.0)
but then any wiretapper knows you are sending an encrypted message, and they know to whom you are sending it. maybe their next step is to bug or stake out the facility your or your receiver uses, and they find out your secrets using the XKCD $5 wrench interrogation.
that's actually the very best place to blow them up, if the alternative nuclear warheads were used with this delivery system. anywhere else on earth causes more problems.....
besides the possibility of dirty radioactive explosions other mentioned, there is also a chance explosions might form a critical configuration of material ("chain reaction" with multiplicative factor of one of more). This may or may not produce an explosion, but should it happen would produce dangerous prompt radiation including neutron field, and also long lived dangerous isotopes.
too bad, the rest mentioned other finer desktops such as XFCE and LXDE. Of course, to be fair, to get to that great part you'd also have to stomach your way past the filthy K-desktop-word
and another thing, the park hours are set by city ordinance, they were voted upon by elected representatives, Free assembly and free speech don't even enter into proper observation of park hours, they are not applicable and not relevant. Assemble and speak in public places with no such restrictions, there are thousands of square miles of that.
The city government is the target of the protest? You're confused, they are not. And free speech rights have nothing whatever to do with the hours a city sets for its parks, buildings, etc.
You need to learn what free speech is, it is not a license to trespass nor be on any municipal government property outside of posted hours.
city parks have rules, you can't camp in them (kills the grass after a while), can't set up generators, etc.
I would have thrown them out of at the park closing time on the first night, with invitation to come back 7am or whenever park open the next day. Would be just as effective in getting their point across to assemble every day all day during park hours, raising awareness is the only thing the protest can do. Getting arrested and $5 will get you a mocha latte at starbucks, not sure what else that will change.

the forums have solution of removal of certain dot files, to cure the problem. thus it may not even constitute "bug" so much as "interference" between packages that use same configuration files.
the phrase "added years to my life" is used of a very stressful situation, it's like saying "it gave me grey hairs". From certain kinds of stress comes maturity, and so we have the possibility of making the manipulative jerk asshole of a boss grow up, by suitable reciprocal application of extreme stress as retribution for his machinations.
I found reference to large pig farm in Israel that keeps pigs for sale for non-kosher uses, on wooden platforms so their feet doesn't touch Israel. Wonder if this is a basis for an urban legend about "kosher pigs". Judaism doesn't have a central "pope" or such, there are many communities and schools of belief. But I don't know of any that would eat pork prepared or raised by any means.
you are correct, those are not crypto attacks, however the common meaning of the word "crackable" extends beyond crypto, it is merely that a system was breached by whatever means. It is silly to say that a system relying on one-time-pad for access is "uncrackable", of course it is (see xkcd cartoon regarding suitable application of wrench to the crypto user)
I'm not Jewish, but because of my weird upbringing (long left the nonsense of a certain flavor of christianity) am quite familiar with the scripture texts.
The slashdot parser won't take hebrew. Makes my post less fun
the two words in the passage are "mappris - to divide" and "se-sa"- to have a cleft or fissure, but I'm not aware of meaning where it has any connotation of "something that makes cleft", it is the crack itself.

You didn't learn about precision in school? A mach 5.5+ weapon or a mach 6.4 weapon is a mach 6 weapon.
and surely by now an astute observer such as yourself has noted the browner color and warmth of the vichyssoise
There most certainly is, critical configurations have been formed accidentally by explosion. you don't know much about nuclear engineering, do you?
I've worked in the field for more than a decade.....

They are still around, now as a wholly owned subsidiary of Attachmate. The Microsoft payments continue in this year. Fuck 'em.
it can be, read more closely. is it unclear?
read more closely, other possible warheads for this delivery system are nuclear

I *used* to be a SuSE user, until Novell made deal and took massive monies from Microsoft. To hell with Novell

No, other verses name the pig as being unclean but do not mention the ground:
Lev. 11:7 And the pig, though it has a divided hoof, does not chew the cud; it is unclean for you.
