    Smells like bullshit to me. I've been offered so many "free" services all the time I turn them down without even thinking. I pay for Netflix, though rarely watch anything there or anywhere else. I'm sure I'm not the only one who is conditioned to turn down free services knowing there's a catch.

    It's not that bad. I just purchased a few things. My $7 mining fee transaction took about 24 hours. My $14 one went through instantly.

    It's amazing how many remote connection attempts i get on my samsung tv. I don't know if it's ever been hacked.

    Seems like a good idea to me. The robot can note where there is a dirty spot on the floor, take pictures of objects like mcdonalds cups left on the shelfs, spots where items to be rearanged to dispach humans to fix the problems.

    It won't be long before some websites didplay there content through javascript, or check how many hashes you've completed before displaying content. Hopefully google blocks those sites from search results.

    Even just showing something on the tab to indicate high cpu usage would be a good start, like the way chrome shows a speaker icon for the tab that is playing sounds.

  19. Personally while i like the effort i think bans are a bad idea. Instead an increasing levy on vehicles that produce emmissions, with a direct subsidy to zero or ultra low emmission ones. Give people the choice and where possible they can start moving to electric.

    Depends how healthy you are too. I never did until I started taking a medication that lowers my immune system, now I have 3 times in 5 years.
