No problem, it had a failover to another big mother diesel, which fired right up and took the load. No problem. The problem is that it only had about 5 minutes worth of diesel. In that time they had a number of heart attacks and if memory serves me, at least one guy died that they think otherwise would have survived.

Supposedly - that can't happen. Well it did and does. I've also seen an technician delete a whole rack worth of storage with one mouse click. Then there is management software.
