i keep kde for other users mostly (family & friends) i like to use dwm, fvwm2 and openbox, i switch between the three light weight window managers almost on a daily basis, i do have a custom built ~/.fvwm/.fvwm2rc that makes fvwm minimal and functional by trimming the cruft off of it, for those fvwm2 fans you might like it:http://pastebin.com/m13b1df9b/

with separate electric motors for each wheel then you must have a way to synchronize all the motors to run at the same speed, plus coordination for forward, reverse, neutral, and for steering there needs to be some limited slip to compensate for the inside rear wheel turning slower than the outside real wheel so you do not get that "wheel hopping" effect like you do with full posi-trac rear differentials.

you are better off getting a Sony Playstation or a Nintendo Wii, about the only games i play on a PC are not video intensive (solitare/freecell, mahjongg, etc)..

it is the nature of government & people in power to usurp more power at the expense of the freedoms & liberties of its nation's citizens...
you're being too pedantic, the styling of Moore's law can be applied to progress of most anything, (from the Ford model A to the Ford Mustang for example, not just transisters)...
any US citizen that wanted to vacation in Cuba could easily go to Mexico (maybe Canada too) and i am sure there are travel agencies that could get you to Cuba cheaper than flying to the EU...
hydrogen wont do consumers much good unless someone finds a way to extract it economically enough and in mass quantities to replace gasoline (for automobiles)...
in a couple of years you will be able to pick up used acer ferreris and the asus eeepc and other similar mini lappys for about 50 bucks in about any pawn shop...
