    I haven't found a state or province that will allow my family to burn my body on a traditional pyre. I have written the specifications for how the funeral pyre is to be constructed and the protocols to be observed.... yet, all of it, should it be played out can only be done in secret... possibly in the deserts of california (we're working this out as I type.)

    Not sure if I'm a big fan of this although the work interesting. I can subversive groups using this proof-of-concept to implement communication networks hidden from the authorities. I could be the next victim in a terrorist attack so I have to refrain any enthusiasm in this regard.

    Yep. I'm with cogeco and my basic service for $45/mnth includes a cap at 60 gigaBytes. Each gig over costs me $1.50 until I pay $30 (IIRC) Its a way to induce BW hogs to upgrade to "pro service" or whatever its called for $35 or $40 more. I can't really argue with that business plan except that I know it only costs them roughly 20 pennies to move all of that data. Sure... make your profit, thats fair... but where is the Fios we've been promised for the last 10 years? Not happening.

    Even a small piercing into the skin of a LiON battery pack is more than enough to short and cause an immediate fire. The exciting part of lithium battery fires is that the oxygen is in the cell and dousing it with water only intensifies the reaction!

    So, if you find yourself unable to release the seatbelt after an accident you might as well commit suicide before the flames get ya. That would be my advice to Volt owners.
