That was my first thought too... also, according to Wikipedia they synthesized pure capsicum back in the 1930's. Is this just a some way to produce it cheaper by somehow distilling it out?

While I think your point about melanin is off topic, your link has a graphic showing the distribution of blond hair. If the heavy clothing theory held a lot of water, shouldn't the graphic show bands across different temperature regions instead of a bullseye in that one area?
You are so right, and I just want to take a moment to single out several of the shitty banks in my area that charge a fee for cashing checks drawn on their accounts, as of 2 years ago. Before opening an account I went around and specifically asked about this practice and received the "we are shitballs" response from:
BANK OF AMERICA(reportedly started the practice, claiming it cost the bank too much to cash mexican lettuce farmers cheques who "wouldn't" open accounts with them.... this bank also apparently take their disrespect of their customers associates to the next level by making them stand in separate lines) Wachovia BB&T
I ended up with the fourth bank I talked to which is Chevy Chase (D.C. area) and have been very happy with them.
I never lock my house. Like you said, its has always seemed pretty much worthless to do so. Do you really have to lock in order for insurance to cover though? Do you have to have a alarm system too? What about dogs. Seems like they might want to require them as well.
I'm getting 5 or 7 clicks, depending how you look at it.
1. Right click on desktop 2. Left on properties 3. Left on Desktop tab 4. Left on Customize desktop 5. Left on the IE checkbox (here you might call it done...) 6&7. Left on OK of both open windows.
Turning it on and off to much is probably what caused it. If you are going to come back to that room any time in the next few hours its probably worth just leaving it on.
"About the same time those came out I think I was making my first mil and sleeping with real women, but if those video games brought a little bit of meaning to your life, don't let me bring you down."
Those sound like awesome days, but what happened to your life that you are now posting on slashdot?
Yup, but this is what X-Ray inventors also guessed when they shot themselves under X-Ray scaners for hours and hours of self-made moving skeleton movies, and later died by cancer.
Please post a link to said "moving skeleton movies."
Thats a pretty front page I guess, but it only supports up to 8mbit/s.
http://cruise.ornl.gov:7123/ and its associate NDT servers are free, have no such limits, and have tons technical info in the details section after the test. Plus its the government so you know you can trust it! Well... at least they arn't going to try and sell you anything.
Note the list of other places running NDTs lower down in the page.
Good point, and capsicum has been able to be synthesized since the 1930's... Maybe they just want the organic label?

Plenty of commercial buildings are built over top of tunnels. What made the big dig different?

This is different. There are the nice TVs of a bunch of bloggers involved.
I wouldn't mind seeing a ghetto style BLING-BLING solution. Pimp my Wiimote!!!
Please help me out here. What was the relevance of that quote to this discussion?

I'll accept that EULA for you in exchange for transportation, a six pack of mountain dew, and a medium mushroom pizza.

Shouldn't having your undercover officers or snitches out in public be seen as yet another police competency issue involved here?
Best idea ever.
It's more like putting a TV in your window, turning it on, and getting upset when someone watches it.
