    I dunno about Antarctica but I think sublimation would be a problem on Mars.

    It's not that they were car myths but that it was always "WOOO YEAH! DID YOU SEE THAT GO BOOM!?!" and not something like the dirty car myth Adam and Jamie did.

    The ear wax candle was a good start but overall, I mean, I'd like more science and less hootin' n hollerin'. Not saying there's anything wrong with being excited but they just don't have the same chemistry where Adam is really excited and Jamie is more reserved.

    Yeah, there's some. It's more "artsy nakedness" than simply "porn" though there was that octopus on women gallery....

    I think it was Flickr anyway.

    (It was on BoingBoing.net and only Tubgirl and the like are the bounds of my curiosity. The Daily Cervix was pushing it though.)

    I'm afraid I'll get extended search or whatever the hell they call it when I forget to leave my inch and a half leatherman at home or that my belt, shoelaces, or socks are deemed weapons because they could be used to strangle someone, or because I had to use the fucking bathroom really really bad.

    So... yeah, I'm afraid of air travel. Terrorists? Given the statistics, nah, not really.

    So you have it installed? What exact use do you get out of Google Desktop?

    I ask because I remember installing it a long while ago but I didn't keep it long for whatever reason now long forgotten. I guess I'm looking for an anecdote regarding it's abilities and how they're used on a regular basis.

    I do wonder what sort of government actions would it take to start an armed revolution. The danger isn't from copyright laws but what they enable. You might be a pirate so we have to filter everything on the internet! You might be a pirate so we have to record all communications! Then, if/when elections are ignored or seen to be a farce, what then?

    I know it sounds a bit much but it rarely seems like the people at the top are there for the citizens and all too often are shown to be in the pocket of corporations.

    I would certainly hope they get new tracks so the tech could be used to it's full potential and so that passenger trains aren't stuck for a dozen of minutes to dozens of minutes waiting for freight trains to pass by.

    Jessi? Personally I'd love to see her stay on when Kari comes back. She fills the gap opened up when Scottie left by having some real automotive and metalworking skills.

    I dunno. Maybe if she had joined before Kari left or something but... something about her, either her voice or the script they give her, it's just... bad. I can see Harold Zoid behind the camera telling her to emote more and yell and laugh and wave her arms around. Ok, 'tis a bit of an exaggeration.

    All the vehicle related myths they seem to be doing now doesn't help. Yeah, not all the myths she's been part of have been but most have. It might just be a rocky start until she settles in.
