    The console based parental restriction system you described is already in the wii, and probably in other next gen consoles as well.

    On monday of this week, I bought two singles. On 7" Vinyl, they were bansd i wouldn't normally try, but since I dug out an old turntable, I don't mind paying the 99p for the cheap 7" singles. 2 songs at 50p each is terrific value, and you get cool artwork!

    Now why don't they just charge 99p for the CD single? Surely they'd sell loads more!

    The Liberal Democrats are unfortunately a third part of sorts, they do well in local government, but are 3rd place nationally (Though, I do vote for them!)

    The conservative party are the most likely party if any to replace labour, though the election will be pretty close in my opinion.

    That band may have been Interpol. I bought their Antics and Turn On The Bright Lights Vinyls, and they both came with free download coupons. However since they have signed to Capitol, the new vinyl won't have a coupon. Which means I won't buy it.

    Given that buying knives is illegal[1], I'd rather the colleges assisted law enforcement in catching the assmunches pushing up prices for all legitimate customers who actually pay for their kitchen utensils. But that's just me, and I know no one on Slashdot will agree. [1] Please, no one be an ass and point out legal knife uses. You know that's a fraction of knife usage and not what I'm referring to.
