It does. However, when I rollover a section, it give me a right-pointing arrow, telling me that there is a menu of some sort. Uhm, nope, sorry, just wanted to confuse you. When we have an arrow here, it means this, but this one doesn't mean anything at all... Great design. I like the runner-up.
And btw, y'all should read Steve Krug's Don't Make Me Think. It's a great book about usability, and it's what makes me frustrated with a lot of things, like the above.

In a sense, yes. On Wikipedia, I only check IP edits when on RCpatrol. There are some very good editors w/o usernames, but what a few do lowers the karma of many. When it is as easy to dissassociate yourself from a group like that as it is, I naturally assume that there is a reason why you have not.

When an AC says something nonsensical, like "what the f? admins, ban this twat" to a perfectly valid statement, I lose an opportunity. I lose the opportunity to mark him as a foe and bury all of his comments so low I won't ever have to see them again (unless I have mod points, see sig). That is why it was asked why anyone would listen to an AC. That led to an AC asking why anyone uses usernames, which led to my comment. I think I covered everything.

Heck, the G5 PowerPC we use for video editing at school can't run iMovie and Safari at the same time (and it's got 1.5 gigs RAM). Notice, however, how my crappy PC can play Half-Life 2, while running other stuff (xfire, google desktop, antivirus, firewall, etc.). I'll give you stats if you want them.

First off, I was using sarcasm when saying I had no bias. It is impossible to be unbiased, and I am not fond of IE in any way. I just wanted to let everyone know that my view is slanted (in case they couldn't figure it out from my post, which you did).
Now, as far as the other quote, it is my personal belief that is MS (microsoft, which is very similar to BS and can be used as a substitute :p 1/2 jk ). Let me clarify:
    1. I do believe that is in the entry, as I read it too. I'm not saying you're making junk up.
    2. I am skeptical towards Microsoft. Most will believe that they mean what they say, but I, in my dislike of them, say that they have an evil scheme in the works to catapult IE to dominance once again, and as part of that, they are pretending to go along with WaSP.
Now, if it is true, and IE7 doesn't screw up everything I've carefully coded with these hands of mine, then I'll be happy. I won't have to make workarounds all the time. But then, on the other hand, I'll lose a chance to bash IE...
