I don't think any explanation would help if you can't even click on the link.

  2. Re:Copying PlugShare App - not nice on Google Maps Adds EV Charging Station Info (engadget.com) · · Score: 1

This is not true for me - the plugshare website for me shows chargers throughout Australia, Asia and Europe as well as the US.

Some of the manufacturers are starting to do so, but it's a very slow process. Hyundai's Ioniq line will be available in Australia next year apparently, as well as the revised Leaf, and several other makes/models (all electric, plug-in hybrid, and hybrid).

  6. Use the included adapter on Google Unveils Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL With No Headphone Jack (venturebeat.com) · · Score: 1

Oh. Unless you want to use your existing headphones and charge your phone at the same time. Sorry (not sorry).

I can't believe nobody has yet mentioned this clip: https://www.youtube.com/watch?...

This is why Sheldon often wears a blue shirt with the number 73 on it.

  12. Re:Hour wait for the next bus on New Clues To How the Brain Maps Time (quantamagazine.org) · · Score: 1

Correct, I had a car that was cheap to buy and to run, and had a part-time job that was enough to cover it. If I needed the exact time, I was usually surrounded by people with watches OR by clocks on a wall, VCR, microwave oven, etc.

  13. Re:The relativity of time and learning on New Clues To How the Brain Maps Time (quantamagazine.org) · · Score: 1

I found that my own perception of time improved remarkably after I stopped wearing a watch all the time. When I was 18 my watch was stolen, and I never bothered to get a new one. This was before mobile phones, nowadays I still don't wear a watch but I do carry a phone most of the time - although my perception of time is still pretty good. As you say, that could be age/experience rather than more practice when I was younger.
